There is no fixed price list in engineering work. What we can do is be open about what the figure is built from.

What each type of work is measured by
Knowing these units lets you form your own rough estimate. We set the rate for each unit according to the conditions of the specific project.
TRANSMISSION LINE
Per kilometre of line
Voltage level (35, 110, 220 kV), terrain and tower type all affect the figure.
SUBSTATION
Capacity and number of bays
Transformer capacity, switchgear configuration and equipment count.
SURVEYING
Area or route length
Hectares of site or kilometres of route, and the accuracy class required.
FEASIBILITY STUDY
Scope of the object
Number of options to compare and the depth of investigation required.
SUPERVISION
Duration of works
Months on site and how often our engineer must attend.
ADDITIONAL
Expertise and approvals
State expertise review, permits and coordination with utility owners.

What clients usually ask
Why is there no price list
Two substations of identical capacity can differ several times over in cost because of terrain, access and permitting. A published figure would mislead more often than it would help.
Can you do part of the work
Yes. Surveying alone, or supervision alone, can be contracted separately.
Is the first consultation charged
No. An initial discussion of the project and the available options costs nothing.
